Portsmouth win at Man U Shocker
March 9th, 2008Not only am I amazed and very happy about Portsmouth beating Manchester Utd yesterday, I’m even more pleased that Alex Ferguson is angry about the current state of refereeing in football. It’s taken him this long to notice? I would have thought with his experience in the game he would understand that sometimes luck goes against you on the day. Even with a bonus amount of extra time of 5 minutes.
And perhaps if Ronaldo didn’t spend so much time dropping to the floor, then maybe the ref might have awarded their penalty. But, hey he didn’t. Good work Portsmouth.
